It is my great honour and pleasure that Croatia will host the best young chess players in the year 2007, who will represent by talent and knowledge their countries at the European Youth Chess Championship. The competition offers the promising young chess players from all over the Europe opportunities for competitions. At the same time this will be the opportunity to gather, to make new friendships and to discover the attractions of our country.
